Fermentation slowed on the tripel, after right around 7 days.  So I put it in secondary and checked the gravity (which had dropped from 1.080 to 1.022).  Everything went pretty smoothly until I knocked my hydrometer off the counter, shattering it into a million tiny shards.  I was thinking about upgrading to a refractometer anyway, so I guess that decides it.
