- combine ingredients
** flour paste:**
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. flour
- mix together in a small bowl and set aside
8 burrito-sized four tortillas
1 can refried beans

shredded cheese
- make burritos with refried beans, 1/3 cup of taco filling, sauce, and cheese, to taste (do not overfill)
- brush tortilla with flour paste to seal
- heat 1” oil to 375°F and fry sealed burritos for 2 minutes per side
- drain on a wire rack
- serve with remaining sauce, guacamole, and crema
