1/4 white onion
1/2 jalapeno pepper (or 1 tsp. chile powder)
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. paprika

  • brown beef, onion and jalapeno, breaking beef into small chunks
  • add spices and mix well
  • remove from pan with slotted spoon to drain grease
