2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. sriracha or other hot sauce
juice from 1 lime
1 tsp. soy sauce
water, to taste
salt, to taste

  • mix peanut butter, hot sauce, lime juice, and soy sauce until smooth
  • thin with water to desired consistency and add salt to taste

15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 cups shredded red cabbage
3 scallions, sliced
cilantro, to taste

  • toss in dressing until coated
