  • gas stove:
    • place eggs in a medium pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil
    • cover pot, remove from heat, and cook for 12 minutes
    • remove to an ice bath for 15 minutes, then refrigerate until ready to use
  • induction stove:
    • place eggs in a medium pot, cover with water, and cook on medium until boiling
    • boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat, cover, and rest 15 minutes
    • remove to an ice bath for 15 minutes, then refrigerte until ready to use
