2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/3 cups pearl cous cous
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups boiling water
- heat oil in a small pan with a tight fitting lid
- saute garlic until just starting to brown
- add cous cous, salt and pepper and stir
- add water and stir
- bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low
- simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally
