roasted cauliflower

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
- trim cauliflower leaves and stem, then slice florets in 1/4” slices
- toss with oil and spices and arrange in single layer on baking sheet
- bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, until tender and browned
