2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. kosher salt

  • mix in a large mixing bowl

2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/4 cup cream

  • melt butter, pour with cream into dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms
  • knead until dough firms up, then roll out and cut biscuits (rerolling as needed)

2 Tbsp. butter, melted

  • brush biscuits with melted butter
  • bake at 425°F for 15 minutes until golden brown
