3 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
- trim ends of sprouts and slice lengthwise
- toss with remaining ingredients
- bake at 400°F for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until crisp on the outside and tender when pierced with a fork.
