Sourdough Discard Biscuits
sides | bread vegetarian1 cup flour
3/4 tsp. salt
8 Tbsp. butter (1 stick)
1 cup sourdough starter discard
- Mix flour and salt in a mixing bowl
- Cube butter and blend into flour
- Add starter discard and knead into dough
- Cut into 8 biscuits
- Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned
