Irish Soda Bread

1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1½ Tbsp. canola oil
- Combine almond milk and vinegar and set aside.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt to combine.
- Add oil and mix to make a crumbly mixture.
- Add vinegar/milk mixture and mix to form a wet dough.
- Form into loaf on a greased baking sheet (or parchment/silicone-lined).
- Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes, then let cool 10 minutes.
