1 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add 1 1/4 cups milk, mixing well to break down lumps.
- Add remaining milk and remaining ingredients, and beat until smooth.
- Pour 1/3 cup of batter into preheated crepe or frying pan, immediately rotate to cover bottom.
- Cook until browned, turn and cook until other side is browned.
- Remove to cool oven to keep warm until ready to serve.
