Buttermilk Pancakes

1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
- Beat egg, and add wet ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly, working out any lumps.
- Heat frying pan until it sizzles when sprinkled with cool water.
- Pour batter into pan, turn when bubbles form.
- Keep warm in 200F oven until all pancakes are done.
