Cream Cheese Wontons (Crab Rangoon)

6 oz cream cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup imitation crab, shredded
wonton wrappers
peanut oil
- Blend all ingredients except wrappers and oil.
- Drop 1 tsp. onto each wrapper. Fold and seal with water or egg whites (use wonton press for best results).
- Deep fry in peanut oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, turning halfway through.
