Mashed Potatoes (Fluffy)

1 1/2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. milk
- Peel and cube potatoes, and add to water as it heats up.
- Bring to boil and boil for 15 minutes.
- Drain and add remaining ingredients.
- Mix with electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
