1 1/2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. milk

  • Peel and cube potatoes, and add to water as it heats up.
  • Bring to boil and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Drain and add remaining ingredients.
  • Mix with electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
