frozen gin and tonic

27 oz. tonic (800ml, 4 small bottles of Fever Tree tonic)
8 oz. gin
4 oz. simple syrup
1 lime, juice and zest

• combine all ingredients and freeze in a plastic bag, or in an ice cream maker
