4 oz. cacao nibs
3/4 cup “good” vodka

  • Combine in airtight container (ziplock bag, jam jar, etc.)
  • Let infuse for four days (shaking several times a day)
  • Strain out solids

Optional: To remove fats which can impact head retention:

  • Freeze overnight and scrape off fat and solids that float to the top
