60 minute kettle additions:
- 2 oz. Willamette hop pellets
10 minute kettle additions:
- 1 oz. East Kent Goldings hop pellets
other additions:
- 4 oz. cacao nibs, soaked in 1/2 cup vodka for 2 weeks. reserved nibs and added liquor to secondary.
