60 minute kettle additions:

10 minute kettle additions:

  • 1 oz. East Kent Goldings hop pellets

other additions:

  • 4 oz. cacao nibs, soaked in 1/2 cup vodka for 2 weeks. reserved nibs and added liquor to secondary.
