Made very small mashes in mason jars and heated them in the microwave to keep them warm enough:
- variant #21a: crystal mild (10 oz. mild, 1 oz. crystal, 1/2 oz. chocolate)
- variant #21b: mix mild (10 oz. mild, 3/4 oz. crystal, 3/4 oz. chocolate)
- variant #21c: chocolate mild (10 oz. mild, 1/2 oz. crystal, 1 oz. chocolate)
- variant #21d: crystal porter (10 oz. pale ale, 1 oz. crystal, 1/2 oz. chocolate)
- variant #21e: mix porter (10 oz. pale ale, 3/4 oz. crystal, 3/4 oz. chocolate)
- variant #21f: chocolate porter (10 oz. pale ale, 1/2 oz. crystal, 1 oz. chocolate)
