3 cloves garlic, minced
1” ginger, minced or grated
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. chicken, cubed
- combine all ingredients and stir to combine
- chill for 2 hours
2 tbsp. neutral oil
1/4 cup water
marinated chicken
6 oz. low-moisture mozzarella slices (optional)
- heat oil and water in an oven-safe skillet or dutch oven
- stir fry chicken until chicken is cooked
- if using, top chicken with mozzarella and broil until melted and browned
- service with rice and roasted vegetables
