4 oz. pasta
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. grated parmesan
1 tsp. soy sauce

  • boil noodles according to package directions and drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water
  • return pasta to the pot and add remaining ingredients
  • briskly stir, adding a tablespoon of pasta water at a time until the sauce is glossy and coats the pasta
