baked chicken breasts
main | chicken1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 qt. warm water
1/4 cup kosher salt
- pound chicken breasts flat
- mix salt and water and add chicken
- rest for at least 15 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 6 hours
1 Tbsp. melted butter or olive oil
1 Tbsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
- rinse chicken breasts, then pat dry
- rub with butter/olive oil then rub with spices
- bake at 450°F for 15-18 minutes, until reaching 165°F
- rest for 5-10 minutes
