1/2 cup yogurt
juice of one lemon
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
2 lbs. chicken pieces
- marinate chicken in remaining ingredients for 30 minutes to 6 hours
- shake off excess marinade and bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until temperature reaches 160°F
- rest for 5 minutes
