- Dice half the potatoes and boil for 8 minutes
- Drain and mash with milk
1 pound (2 to 3 medium) potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
- Grate potatoes, toss with salt and drain
1/2 cup milk or almond milk
1 tsp. salt
1 large egg
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
- Mix remaining ingredients with mashed and shredded potatoes
- Fry in butter or margarine, making pancakes with 1/4 cup of batter
- Keep warm in a cool oven until ready to serve
