One-Pot Mac & Cheese
main | cheese dairy pasta southern vegetarian1 lb. pasta
2/3 cup cream
10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
salt, pepper and nutmeg, to taste
- Boil pasta until almost done, then drain.
- Return pot to heat and cook cream 2 minutes.
- Stir in cheese until melted, then stir in pasta.
- Season to taste and serve immediately.
