Cantonese Egg Flower Soup

2 tsp. sesame oil
- beat together and set aside
1 quart chicken broth
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 green onions, shredded
- bring chicken stock to a simmer and add sugar, salt, soy sauce, and onion whites
- add egg mixture in thin stream while stirring to break up egg strands
- garnish with onion greens
