1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 lb. ground pork
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Divide into 8 patties and fry over medium heat, approx. 5 minutes per side, until internal temp. is 160F.
