Quiche with Radishes and Gouda

1 tsp. butter
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup radishes, finely chopped
1 cup grated Gouda cheese (or cheddar, etc.)
4 eggs
1 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 cup heavy cream
- Prepare standard pie crust and line pie dish.
- Saute onion until tender.
- Mix with chopped radishes and add to pie dish, top with grated cheese and broccoli.
- Beat eggs and cream and pour over cheese.
- Bake at 325F for 30-35 min, until a knife comes out clean.
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
