oreo crust:

24 Oreos
4 Tbsp. butter, melted

  • process Oreos in food processor
  • add butter and pulse to combine
  • press into pie crust
  • bake at 350°F for 5 minutes, then cool to room temperature

peanut butter filling:

1/2 cup real peanut butter
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-2 tbsp. cream

  • stir peanut butter and cream cheese until combined
  • stir in sugar and vanilla and continue mixing until well combined
  • stir in cream, one tbsp. at a time until mixture reaches a spreadable texture
  • spoon into crust, smooth out to level, and chill

chocolate filling:

1/2 cup cream
5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup cream

  • heat 1/2 cup cream until simmering then pour over chocolate chips
  • rest for 2 minutes, then stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth
  • rest 10 minutes, then beat remaining cream and fold into chocolate mixture
  • pour into pie and chill
