1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice (from 4-5 limes)
zest from 1 lime
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup graham cracker chunks (optional)

  • combine all ingredients except graham crackers into a bowl and mix well (the mixture will thicken as the acid and milk react)
  • cover and chill for at least 4 hours
  • process in ice cream maker, adding graham cracker chunks at the end (if using)
  • freze to firm up
