4 1/2 cups blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour

  • mix blueberries with sugar and flour in a 8” x 8” baking dish

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. cold butter
3/4 cup cream

  • mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl
  • cube butter and cut into dry ingredients
  • stir in cream and mix until just combined
  • shape dough into patties and cover the blueberries
  • bake @ 375°F for 35-45 minutes, until topping is browned and juices are bubbling
