key lemon pie
dessert | fruit lemon pie1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (3-4 lemons)
2 tsp. lemon zest
1 graham cracker
or nilla wafer crust
- whisk together sweetened condensed milk, yolks, lemon juice, and zest
- pour into pre-baked pie crust, or divide into 12 muffin-tin wells for mini pies
- bake for 15 minutes at 350°F
- cool to room temperature, then chill for 1-2 hours
