1 cup (142g) white chocolate chips
4 cups (454g) powdered sugar
1/4 cup (78g) corn syrup
1/4 cup (57g) hot water

  • melt chocolate over low heat
  • mix remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth
  • add melted chocolate and stir until incorporated

1 tsp. vanilla or other extract
food coloring

  • stir into fondant
  • if too thick to pour, reheat briefly and add 1-3 tbsp. hot water (100°F is best temp)
  • drippings can be strained to be reused, or poured into molds to make candies
