1 1/2 cups strawberries, cubed
1/4 cup sugar

  • mix in a small bowl (or blender) and rest 15 minutes

1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups cream
3/4 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

  • add to blender with sugared stawberries and blend until smooth
  • process in ice cream maker and process until frozen
