24 oz. cream cheese
12 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar

  • let cream cheese and butter come to room temperature (1-2 hours)
  • mix cream cheese and frosting in a stand mixer
  • add vanilla and mix
  • add powdered sugar in small batches while mixing
