blueberry crisp
dessert | fruit pie5 cups blueberries
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. lemon juice, plus zest
- toss and add to 2 quart baking dish (9” x 9”)
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup oats
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- combine all ingredients and break up any lumps
- sprinkle over blueberries
- bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes, until top is browned and filling is bubbling
- rest for 10 minutes before serving, or cool to room temperature
mini version:
- divide between eight 6 oz. ramekins and reduce baking time to 25 minutes
