Funnel Cake
dessert | bread fried1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
- Mix all ingredients until smooth
- Heat oil to 375°F
- Pour 1/2 cup of batter from funnel with 1/2” opening, swirling from the center into a circle
- Fry until golden brown then flip and brown on the other side
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar
