buttercream fondant
dessert | frosting sugar1 c light corn syrup
1 c shortening
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 lbs powdered sugar
mix corn syrup and shortening, then add salt and vanilla
then gradually add powdered sugar, using dough hook
store in airtight container
roll out on powdered-sugar-dusted surface, 1/8” thick or thinner
