Challah Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Rolls:
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
- Make challah dough. Roll out onto floured board into a 12” x 15” rectangle.
- Spread dough with butter.
- Mix sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle onto dough.
- Roll into tube and cut into 1” circles. Place in greased round pan.
- Bake at 350F for 30-35 min., until golden brown.
Icing:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. milk
- Mix ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Drizzle over cinnamon rolls.
