Blackberry Bread Pudding

3 eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 loaf challah, cubed
1 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- In large bowl, beat eggs, cream, milk, sugar and spices.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Add to 9” x 9” baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 15 minutes, until beginning to be crisp.
